Terms of Vehicle Rental
- The minimum rental period is 1 day (24h).
- A grace period of 2 hours is allowed; after that, an additional day will be charged.
- The driver must be at least 23 years old.
- The driver’s license must be at least 3 years old.
- Payment is made in advance, after signing the Vehicle Rental Agreement—either in cash or by credit card (VISA, MASTER CARD, DINA).
- A deposit is mandatory (cash or credit card).
- The price includes VAT.
- Unlimited mileage within the territory of Serbia.
- Fuel is not included in the price, and the renter is required to return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at the time of pickup.
- Crossing the state border of the Republic of Serbia is allowed with our approval.
- Parking and traffic fines are paid by the renter.
- The fee for losing the car keys is €200.00
- The fee for losing the car documents is €100.00
- Special discounts for long-term rentals.
- Only the person listed as the driver in the rental agreement is allowed to drive the rented vehicle.
- An additional driver is charged €5.00 per day.

Insurance
Insurance does not cover costs incurred due to:
- Damage to tires, the underside of the vehicle, the windshield, or the vehicle’s interior.
- Damage to the vehicle caused under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances.
- Damage to the vehicle when driven by a driver without a valid driver’s license, a driver whose license has been revoked, or an unauthorized driver.
A police report is mandatory for all types of insurance:
- Without a police report, the full amount of damage or the full value of the vehicle in case of theft will automatically be charged to the renter.
- A police report is mandatory even in cases where the renter was not present at the time of the vehicle damage (e.g., if the vehicle was damaged in a parking lot by an unknown person).
Procedures in case of an accident, damage, and vehicle theft:
The renter is required to proceed as follows:
- The renter must immediately notify the police and Benicassim Cars about the details of the incident and follow the given instructions.
- The renter should record the details of other participants in the accident or incident.
- The renter must complete a damage report when returning the vehicle.
- The renter must write a brief statement describing the circumstances in which the damage occurred.
